You should write articles for the Daily Mail or be a tv news anchor.

They aren't?

I watched these videos with my daughter a couple of nights ago, but probably was not a good idea:

She kept my wife up all night long, nervous and scared, despite me telling her that they don't exist in America and are across the ocean. Oops. Well, I thought they were cool, and would have when I was ten. We both agreed that the guy letting himself be stung was a clown.

Have one frequently patrolling the terrace at home banghead , mostly in the early morning.
If I ever have a chance at clubbing it to death I might, only if it is a sure kill.

Cheers,
Slug

Those things ever show up around my house I'll definitely be buying an outdoor bug zapper and an electric fly swatter!

The one in Blastman's first video looks like it'll need a 40mm AA gun....in a twin mount.

Have a tennis racket. Perfect for it, use to catch bats with a fishing net.

I say we take off and nuke the place from orbit, it's the only way to be sure.

The giant murdering hornets need to have fricking laser beams on their heads. THEN they will truly be frightening.

Well, then we would just need to polish up the O.P.'s armor to be highly reflective!

Last summer I had an horneet nest on my house. removed it and the queen got out, seeking who destroyed their home. After waiting some hours, I went back outside again. I found her, waiting on the wall of my shed. Took a METAL shovel, swinged it the strongest I could... I left a mark on the wall where I hit her. Well.... shell fell on the ground and went back flying like if nothing happened...

Dont know what those bugs are made of, but we should nuke every place they are

These hornets are a nightmare. They can be HUGE. They don't die when they sting, and they sting repeatedly. A few stings can be lethal even to people with no allergies.

In Japan, there are Hornet Hunters that make a living on finding and killing nests full of them. The hornets are so large that the hunters capture a live one in the wild, tie a brightly colored ribbon to it and can follow it on foot or in a car as it flies back to its nest. Hornet doesn't seem to be deterred by the ribbon weight and drag.

Seems there won't soon be any need to legally enforce quarantaine... when everyone sits in their almost airtight-locked home with those things outside...

So that's how we are all going to die? Locked at home until we starve to death.

I have heard beekeepers do the same here in Hong Kong in order to protect the few beehives they still have buzzing.
