I am confused on how to get skins working in PWCG..

I download the skin pack from the link - http://www.pwcampaignmanager.com/pwcgbos/web/PWCGBoS.php

And put them in C:\Program Files (x86)\1C Game Studios\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Moscow\data\graphics\skins...etc

Then within PWCG, in my campaign, I click on "Skin Management" (on the left)

Then what do I do here?

For example, my campaign is with JG51 flying the FW 190A3, and I want my squadron to have the JG51 skin.

I don't have PWCG open and in front of me right now but basically you manage the pilots in your squadron and assign each a skin

Hi, yes, I got that working - I go to "Skin Management" [in my campaign]
Select my pilot (or others) and select "Loose"
And choose a skin.

That works, but what I am after is how to assign the whole squadron a skin?
Supposedly PWCG is meant to do this...

There are particular skins assigned to squadrons for particular time periods, they even alternate summer/winter.

However, these skins never show up for me in game.

Ah... I wasn't aware of that aspect of it.

I just assign all my pilots whatever skins I want using the 'loose' tab... each pilot will keep that skin until they are killed.
You just have to assign skins to any replacement pilots that arrive.
