Newbi with EEAH on Win10 questions

Hi folks,
I have had EEAH (GOG) for some time but never installed it till yesterday. Installation went fine but when in the main game window, if I move my mouse to click a option I get this screen tear (like a smear with lines that seems to move horizontally). I tried some of the options/fixes mentioned on the GOG forum (dgVoodoo2) but nothing works. In the vanilla install, I also had the main window just freeze on me.
I donwloaded the latest Allmods installer and patch, but havent done anything yet cuz I tought it would be best to ask here first. I did look around but everything makes reference to EECH which dose confuse me, do I need EECH too?

Hey. EECH is Enemy Engaged: Comanche vs. Hokum, you can't use allMods patch on EEAH. Get EECH on GOG, install allMods and enjoy both games in one pack working fine on Win10.
Thanks, yes I know what EECH is. Will do that, again thanks for your help, didn´t know you just needed EECH to enjoy both with the allMods

Sorry, but do you need to have both EEAH and EECH installed then, and then run the allMods installer?

Nope, EECH is only needed. EEAH can be installed into same folder, but it will give nothing - cockpits and maps already integrated in allMods. Ohh, NICE! Thank you Thealx

Again, thanks! another person confirms the freeze in the main menu. Red you have nvidia or radeon gpu? ok Nvidia. I saw your specs.me too on nvidia happen freeze.
