I bought this when it was on sale about 2 years ago and I thoroughly enjoyed the game. The atmosphere was absolutely perfect and no other game to date has stressed me out as much as this one. I know several people who quit and couldn't finish the game because they said they were just on edge all of the time while playing it.

The first part of the game is basically a copy of the Nostromo from Alien, all the ship areas are recognisable from the film. It's very nice wandering around it in VR

I plan on getting a VR set before I play the game for a second time. I think I'll finally get one later this year.

It eventually got fixed. I bought it when it was on sale for 5 bucks and the game was actually a lot of fun to play in cooperative mode.

Another aspect that makes Isolation so special is that Creative Assembly was able to get most of the original cast for "Alien" to record their voices for the game!

AI is a great game. Hope to play it again soon. There's also a quite amazing anti-aliasing mod for the game that makes a huge impact on the jaggies with little to no performance impact. I'm enjoying Alien Colonial Marines as well but I'm using the much recommended TemplarFX mod.
