Really good pics. DCS has some very good graphics.

Beautiful shots. I haven't played DCS in a long time. I'd like to get the Nevada map and the F-5 Tiger and F-14 someday!

Really nice pics Bisher. Any chance to see some planes during/after hits, round strikes/missile strikes? I haven't seen any of the fire/damage effects in over a year. I am pointedly curious to see what the fire effects look like. Thanks fro any consideration. salute

Finally tried this, up to this point all of my carrier landings were during daytime and good weather.

It has been just over a year since I uninstalled DCS with a particularly bad tase in my mouth. With a new Rig that is much better suited to flying DCS, I have reinstalled it, and I must say that I had a blast in the Bf109Kürfurst today. The FM was lovely, and I landed it in spite of my rudder pedal toe brakes being inverted so that as soon as I touched down I was skidding down the runway into a tail loop. LMAO, once sorted I practiced a bit of taxing and then took off and continued my flight across Normandy. It seems like ED has done a lot of work on the War Birds and I am now intrigued as to WWII experience. This outing today ran as smooth as silk and the graphics speak for themselves. I may have just found a new best friend in the Sim Hood! Time will tell.

I've taken it on myself to get stuck back into DCS with the Su-25T... I'd forgotten what a little gem that aircraft can be.
Relatively easy to learn and fly... getting into relearning the weapon systems at the moment.
Another good thing about the 'Rook' is that it's totally free to download with the base game, so anyone that wants to have a play with it can do so at no cost whatsoever.

Nice picks Trooper. I haven't flown the Frogfoot in a very longtime, maybe I will have to soon, but for now I am enjoying the WarBirds.

Nice BM... Yes the WWII stuff is ok in my book. I have all the WWII stuff, maps, assets pack , campaigns, all the aircraft except the P-47, but I'll pick that up when it's cheap enough in a sale.
I'm enjoying the Su-25T again... I had all the training videos downloaded so going through them again, and with the updated Caucasus map it, and updated cockpit it's better than ever.

The situation heated up a bit for my adversaries this evening. I have to give ED credit that their fire effects are quite convincing, but the black smoke tunnel that it leaves still needs work. I had some quick mission fun tonight and got 2 kills in 2 hops. Not Bad. biggrin
