Been enjoying Sean Connery's Bond more than ever lately, but Roger Moore is still my favorite.
. There's no doubt that movie audiences have changed significantly over time because while Moore's "tongue in cheek" approach to Bond worked very well in the 70's and early 80's, it really wouldn't work at all now.

Oh, I know it. Wife and I have been watching really old movies lately (i.e. "Casablanca") with acting so unrealistically dramatic, but I understand it's just the time period.

with acting so unrealistically dramatic, . I've noticed this as well with many of the older "classic" films. I think it was mostly due to the fact that theater (stage) and film hadn't fully diverged yet so there were still many actors and directors who were in "theater" mode while shooting a film.

She was one of those that made me walk with a limp in my younger days. RIP.
There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB. The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed. There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.
