I'm sure this will come in handy for those who've never heard of a bluray or dvd disc before.  All jokes aside, I bought the bluray set of the entire series as soon as it was released in 2010. It even came with a Cylon centurion action figure!  It's a series I would like to own but I've not bothered as of yet.

That's fantastic. Great show.
And after watching 2.5 seasons of "Mr. Robot," I'm confident that Sam Esmail, the producer for the new BSG, will make us something nifty.

It's a series I would like to own but I've not bothered as of yet.
I'm sure you can get it on bluray really cheap on Amazon. Bluray prices have plummeted over the past few years since less and less people are buying them.

I'm confident that Sam Esmail, the producer for the new BSG, will make us something nifty. Ever since Esmail stated that it will NOT be a reboot but instead a new set of stories that take place within the BSG universe that Ron Moore helped create I totally changed my tune. I will keep an open mind and will be most curious to see what develops.

I was referring to the reimagined series that he served as executive producer for. I said "helped create" since we all know that the original series was not created by him but Glen Larson.
