What do you mean by completely blocked? Were you able to exit out of the game and try again?

Also, are you running any third party mission mods?

Bonjour Jean !
I don't see anything amiss in the datafiles. Perhaps you could gather up the particulars and email them to
support <at> overflandersfields.com

Cheers,
shredward

We will remember them.

That seems like error in generated mission file. But I do not understand why you can not generate new mission.

I can, but I have the same error again and again (I stopped at 5 attempts)

Again, are you running any third party mission mods or have that option selected in Workshop? If so, disable any mods and deselect the option and try again.

Only trying to help. I didn't see an answer the first time.

I'm copying-pasting some of my suggestions below, from the WOFF on a Mac thread - which may be worth trying (even though they don't seem directly related to Jeanba's problem), but often one fix gets other things going properly, too, in WOFF:

1. in case the "simulation.xml" file cannot be written to, it is probably corrupt; install and replace with a new simulation.xml file (into the WOFF game folder); it's a good idea to make a backup of a good copy of the simulation.xml file, as a precaution

2. if planes are not loading in the game, best thing is to start a "campaign" first and allow it to deploy you automatically to where it wants (this will fix the issue)

3. if some of the plane models or skins look corrupt, run "BDPStamp.exe" that's located inside the Toolbox folder of your WOFF game (in the c drive); if this doesn't solve the problem, run "CraftClone.exe" that's also located in the Toolbox folder, to re-clone all aircraft (and this should fix the problem)

4. if the "campaign" mode becomes corrupt and cannot be loaded, run your campaign a few times with the "start in the air" option selected (this should solve the problem after a couple of campaign missions and then you can go back to beginning campaigns on the airfield if you prefer)

~ For my various FM/AI/FPS/DM Mods. for First Eagles 2, WoFF, RoF & WoTR, and tips for FlightGear, recommended is to check over my CombatAce profile (https://combatace.com/profile/86760-vons/) and to click on the "About Me" tab while there. ~

I understand and your comment had sens:
I had given up few years ago the mission mods, because they did the same thing.

Anyway, I will pack my files and send them to support

Small update:
The crash occurs systematically when the briefing contains information that the mission will be escorted by Nieuport 23 from esc 69.
If the flight is unescorted, no porblem.

The problem is that on all tests except 1 or 2, I was escorted by the esc69

OK thanks. If you get the error if you quit WOFF at that point, then gather the pilot, and log files as per the last 2 pages of the FAQ and send to support please, and we'll hopefully look into it.
