Well this European very rarely has breakfast. Maybe a digestive biscuit with a coffee, sometimes some dried fruit.
That pic NFB has posted would be my main meal and the only one of that portion size I would ever eat in a day.

On a related note, does it still hold true that Europeans in general have small breakfasts compared to the typical American breakfast? Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eat a big breakfast help you have a productive day. You can't get anything done with empty tummy and having only coffee like many folks do.

What is a digestive biscuit?

I would only eat one meal a day of that portion size. I do eat snacks etc as well. I'm not sure what the equivalent of a digestive biscuit would be in the US? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digestive_biscuit

We purchased one of these gigantic watermelon yesterday. $10!! We ate like 1/3 of it. The rest we had to cut up and put it in containers because there was not enough room in our fridge for it with the skin still on. They were bigger cos they had seeds. The no seed watermelon don't grow that big. We were picking one out when the fruits and vegetables worker walk on by: we ask her why these melons were so big and she said cos they have seeds.

Digestive cookies are what you give very young kids to eat. They melt in ones mouth.
There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB. The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed. There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

At breakfast. Ask what the ham steak on the menu is, she said a big slab of ham. That a slice. what are those things with the ham i imagine one is scrambled egg ? you know one thing i noticed is that i europe they slice cheese really thin but not the ham, around here is the oposite, cheese slices are very thick but hams are thin just trolls, notice how they dont even eat the great dish. so people waste their steak.

why use butter when you are already frying them in oil ? Don't ask any Southerner that question or you'll get dirty looks.
