If you have Amazon Prime, there's new James May cooking series.

I enjoyed episode one quite a bit.

Yes we do have Prime and I love cooking show. But I need to learn not to watch them while I am eating cos some of the shows make my food looks sad.

fresh Udon noodles in a clear beef broth with slivers of porterhouse beef. Accented with fresh bok choy, fresh spring green onion, fresh soybean sprouts and a drizzle of sesame oil.

One of my favorites has become baked blueberry oatmeal...

But this morning we slept in (had to watch Spinal Tap twice last night, who knew the commentary would be as funny as the movie biggrin ) and there was only enough time this morning for a quickie...

I was asked to take care of lunch today (I know...not breakfast, but still AM). I think my culinary skills are improving!

Unlike the previous nachos I posted on this thread, this one is much improved to include canned Mexicorn and black beans, as well as Taco Bell hot and fire sauce (opted out of using the homemade hummus)...

I'd learn how to actually cook but I'm not allowed to touch the good knives, cast iron and some of the appliances (think we have trust issues here smile ) so I do what I can when asked.

It's mostly cut spinach covered in hot sauce (with just a little bit of grated cheese on chips and on top) so no one's cholesterol should be spiking. Ya just gotta eat it with a fork, the chips are more like a dessert. readytoeat

So...from my analysis NFB most likely lives somewhere in the South.

Funny NFB, just crummy looking pizza.

My idea of good pizza is thick crust (Chicago over New York style) and fully loaded. If it's a chain pizza joint, I want a Works, Supreme, or equivalent. If it's a specialty pizza, I want every ingredient that comes with it. No need to ask if I want this or that, the answer is always "yes." "Hold the..." is not something you'll ever hear me say. Picky pizza eaters can get their own lame unfinished pizza.
