Driving into a a Valley by a hill side village when elements of 116th Panzer Grenadiers Div Let Fly. I lost 2 M-5's off the bat then spotted the enemy in the woods on the opposite hill side. I brought up 3 Platoons of M-4's and the last Plt of M-5's leading with the 76mm guns In the meantime, I lost another M-5 and had a 75mm M-4 hit in the tracks. The M-4's took the high ground and the enemy armor was Kaput. CCA lost 11 KIA 4 wnd 7 Tanks, + more 2 immobile . 2 AFV's. Enemy 35 KIA 19 Wnd 15 Tanks ( mostly Stug's )+ 2 AFV's.and 1 AA Vech.
