If I am flying at GameRanger, or flying a single mission for sheer enjoyment then to me variety is the key.
I just flew a few this morning. The last one was a truck interdiction in the Little BoB theatre thay I am upgrading.
Approaching the target the Luftwaffe came at us head on, and I was able to take one of their aircraft out right then and continue to the target.
When I got there I destroyed a number of trucks.
Having spotted railway lines near the truck convoy I found a train and destroyed it, headed down the track and found another one which I destroyed as well.
Then I asked for a vector to the nearest enemy aircraft and headed after them.
They had been given a hard time by out AIs, but a handful were left, of which I downed two before running out of ammo.

The Little BoB theatre that I was testing has plenty of railway lines on its 148x95 tilemap, so you are rarely too far from one. When you are familiar with the theatre you know where they are and can head off to the nearest one. Some run E-W close to the coast, so it is a matter of heading North.
The exe that I was also testing is very efficient at generating trains smile
So I got three enemy aircraft, five trucks and two locomotives. It involved dogfighting and strafing, so there was plenty of variety.

In the near future I will release the updated "Little BoB" theatre, and the new exes.

It would be nice to hear from other readers about good missions that they have flown.

This is one I just flew:

I have uploaded my current version of the Little BoB theatre "Little BoB V4", the new exes and the "MPData160" folder with a couple of host-only missions for "Little BoB V4".
The installer will put the "50-Little BoB V4 (Tunnel test)" dir.set file in the "LongDirSets" folder for loading by the selector.

Little BoBV4 Installer

To install just run the "NewLittleBoB.exe" self-installer in your "UAW160 Multiplayer 2020" folder.
The new exes installed are named "LittleBoBNewMap.exe" and "LittleBoBNewMap_MP_only.exe".
The latter is the multiplayer only version. LittleBoB needs the new map version of the exe so there is no old map version of this exe.
The exes are designed to utilise the features in the "Little BoB V4" theatre.

wink Jel

A tutorial for the use of the script reader- the "2020PlayerV4.exe" was included in the download
As it will be a host-only MP game I had the "LittleBoBNewMap_MP_only.exe" loaded

Opening screen
[Linked Image]

Click on a theatre folder
[Linked Image]

Click on a script
[Linked Image]

Activate "Launch after loading"
[Linked Image]
Click on "Click here to Load and fly this mission"......

..... you get the opening multiplayer screen
[Linked Image]
Click on "Internet TCP/IP...."
Wait a few seconds and a little IP box will appear (which cannot be shown in a screenie). Ignore it and just hit your "Enter" key:

You will see that "Internet TCP/IP...." is now ticked, and that the "NEW" hotspot is activated
[Linked Image]

Clicking "NEW" brings up the parameters screen:

You can see that several settings in the loaded script have been used, especially the target and bases......

..... but you can change some settings if you want to:

I made it a"Mixed" interdiction instead of "Trucks", and set the time to "Early morning"

When you click Launch the briefing screen appears:

Click on "OK" or your "ESC" key to continue

The game will load and launch:

As it is an interdiction I clicked on "Ctrl-E" to locate the target:

Screenies from the mission:

A good result smile
