I'm trying to find a way to play this co-op with a friend. Only got "No Service Provider" in the Connection field under Multiplayer after connecting two PCs with EECH 1.16 installed with an old Linksys router using ehternet cables only. Admittedly I'm fairly new to this but that's all it's took to get it working in other games I've used this setup on. Tried disabling the firewalls on the router and both Windows installs (none of it's hooked up to the internet right now anyway), but still no dice. Checked the wiki and ran some searches here, but only found info on getting internet play to work. Does this not support playing on a Lan, or am I just missing something?

OS: Windows 7 64 bit on both PCs
Router: Linksys WRT54G (flashed with DDWRT Micro)

have you tried to click on "No Service Provider"? it should be changed to TCP/IP, where you can type server's local IP
if not - which Windows edition do you have, and what build?

Ah, yeah, should have mentioned I was clicking on "No Service Provider" but it wasn't changing. To be precise, both PCs have Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 64-bit build 7601.

I have same edition and build.
Two issues comes on my mind:
1. incompatible hardware or driver. game can't see installed network adapters, on both computers which is odd.
2. some required Windows module is deactivated. are you using some custom build or original Windows set up? re-packers removing deprecated modules like DirectPlay.

first thing you can do - run DEBUG.exe from /cohokum/ folder and wait until start screen appear. then close it, check cohokum folder again and find DEBUG.LOG file. attach it to the reply or just past it's content. will be great if you will do it for both computers, maybe issue is not common.

Oh, that was it, it's working now. So I just needed to turn off Win98 compatability. Thanks for the help!
