I just refreshed my PC with a new Motherboard and Intel I7-9700K with 16gb memory. NVidia 2080 GPU. I reinstalled Windows 10 64bit. I reinstalled WOTR and updated to the most recent patch. I can launch the menu program aok but when I click on "Go to Field" and get the "Loading Runtime" message I get a dialog box popup that says "EXCEPTION - Game Terminated Prematurely". and then when I click "Ok" crashes the application to the desktop. I've tried running it straight and also as Administrator/Windows 8 compatibility. No dice.

Any thoughts?

Runtime problem

Check the second post down from Pol. I did this when I had the runtime problem and can confirm that it solved my problem completely.
