Was a good game some good tough defence by both teams, a whole lot better than the snooze fest last year.

Mahomes looked to be suffering from a bit of nerves during the first half three quarters but when they changed up to the hurry-up offence then things got a whole lot better for them

Well deserved win.

I like the Walmart commercial.

The commercial I didn't like was the Hyundai Genesis with the lady at a rich people party and she is calling out attendees and making fun of them.

Who was she?

Toward the end of the 1st half when it was tied at 10 and KC went 3 and out and gave the ball back to SF, SF had all their 3 time outs and they could had used one save the clock with 1:30 left when it was 4th and 13 for KC.

Instead they let the clock run down to 59 seconds and then didn't use the remaining 2 time outs to manage the 59 seconds.

If they had managed their time better and had 1:30 left, they may have gotten a TD or at least a FG and gone into halftime up 13-10.

That would had been a game momentum changer.

Not sure what the SF head coach was thinking there.

I think it was a simple consideration:

Play for a TD/FG and you risk the opposite team getting an turnover/int and with their timeouts and track record they could have scored.
Better to ensure you keep the ball for the rest of the half and recieve the kickoff after the half.

The Chiefs have shown they are lethal with even just 5 seconds to play with.

and at the end of the 4th they did use their time outs to stop the clock to try and force a turn over but by then it was a little too late.
