Best meatballs are the kind you make yourself with fresh meat you purchased yourself.
That is true assuming you have the free time to do that.

I don't know about other IKEAs but the one near our house has a shopping cart escalator that freaks me out.

That looks dangerous and a child can get in and hurt themselves.
It only takes a parent to turn their head and not pay attention for a second for a child to get themselves into mischief.
Especially a toddler that is new to the freedom of walking and mobility and wants to discover everything around them. These are valid points but they also apply to standard escalators as well as a ton of other things you'll find at a typical department store.

First time I ever went into an Ikea was literally a year ago. Never been in one before, and if you've never been in one before it is an amazing discovery.
You can walk into that place, not have too much imagination, and just pick out a lifestyle that you like and buy all the stuff that's in that particular booth & you're good.
Effective touches everywhere, open a wardrobe that you like and inside there is a nice suitcase that fits perfectly. Of course they sell the suitcase, everything you can see you can buy.
Never tried the meatballs though. I hear they're good.

I have been in IKEA only one time and I came away with the impression that almost everything is made with the lowest quality material. Ironic isn't it? I won't say more than that since I don't want to go down the PWEC route.

It don't take time to make meatballs. Ground meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper. Same amount of time it takes to shape 1 lb of ground beef into 4 hamburger patties. I ran out of time half way through your comment so I just microwaved some frozen meatballs and put them on some cold noodles with some ketchup.
