does not matter from where EXE was launched, game files will be loaded from the registry path which sometimes cause different errors and confusion

OK last question So is it reading the INI file from there or is it reading the one in the development folder?

I will need to change stuff in the INI after MEMEXPORT=0 to add more output screens, so I am going to be hacking around with the "export_mfd" parameters a bit

I guess same folder as exe but it has to be tested.
