I read a post somewhere where someone's mum thought lol was "lots of love".
Sends texts like:
"Sorry to hear your father passing away, we all miss him. lol"

The owner, who had been waiting on him, said, "Excuse me for a moment" and picked it up. The customer watched as the owner held the phone to his ear. In just a few moments the owner's face turned ashen and he apologized to the person on the other end and hung up. "What's wrong? You don't look well", asked the worried customer. The owner replied, "That was the owner of a business that had outgrown their old building. He had ordered a huge, very expensive arrangement to celebrate and our deliveryman apparently mixed up his order with someone else's. Now he's got a big, somber-looking wreath that says 'R.I.P.' in his lobby." "Ow, that's embarrassing", the customer said, sympathetically. "Yeah. But the worst part is that old Mrs. Ferguson's family is looking at a festive spray that says, 'Best of Luck in your New Location." One of my favorites.
