Not sure if we've done this already, but looks interesting.

This one is an anomaly for me because I really have no idea if this film will do well at the box office in the US. I was utterly convinced that "Dunkirk" was going to flop and I ended up being dead wrong about that one.

Sending a couple of soldiers on an adventure across the French battlefields to deliver a message sounds like a WW1, "Saving Private Ryan." Not that that's bad thing. I'd like to see it.

1600 men? Sounds like a slow day.

I don't have much faith for the plot, but I'll go to it because it looks gorgeous.

Oh with all that running, it's The Last of the Mohicans in World War 1.

No way the entire movie is one continuous shot.

This was my thought exactly. Seems like the plot will be a repetitive long boring journey with beautiful cinematography. I want to like it but it looks like a very thin script with Hollywood money thrown at it.

They (the filmmakers) originally also claimed the pre-credits sequence of Spectre was a continuous shot and it wasn't.

It was 3 different long shots edited together.

The problem is that both CGI and digital editing technology has progressed so far that unless you were actually involved with the making of the film, it is nearly impossible for anyone to tell if a certain shot was all done in one take or if it was simply multiple shots edited together.

This comes out tomorrow but it's in limited release only.

There will only be one theater within 40 miles of me that will be showing this.

All the shows are sold out, from the first one at 9:00 am to the last one at almost midnight.

The wide release is not until January 10th.
