This popped up in my youtube suggestions and it turned out to be a wonderful little video that not only has great aviation history within but also goes into detail on the events of that day and the numerous accidents and close calls that happened. Wow. What a great show that would have been to see and not only that, what a wild and crazy day! I loved listening to the Vampire pilot.

There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB. The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed. There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

I thought it was neat to hear that this was the first appearance of the C-130 I'm guessing to the public. Also, does it look like to anyone else that the F-100 went supersonic in that flyby? I'm glad this video landed in my youtube suggestions.
