I have returned to WOFF UE after some time, on exiting I find I have a buzzing sound. If I just fire up WOFF UE and click the bottom left hand leave exit without go into flying all is ok but if I go into Quick mission or campaign and use CTRL+Q or CTRL+SHIFT+Q I then get the buzzing sound even when the game is closed and back to desktop the sound is there so I have to reboot windows. Here's a rundown of my pc spec

WINDOWS 10 64 BIT updates up to date
CPU INTEL i5 4690 @3.50 KHZ
M/B ASUS Z97 PRO GAMER
CARD ASUS GTX 1070 8GB
MONITOR LG 29"
ASUS SOUND CARD XONAR DG

No problems with other games WOFF UE plays OK no problems just the sound on exit.

Edit have just sorted it out on my sound card there are two buttons one HF and one GF the HF was off the GF was on I turned the GF off and all is well. PC's never seem to amaze me any way that something for the problem page.

Now back to WOFF and purchase the new addition one last thing I had NO add-ons on my WOFF UE install it was vanila.

Thanks olddog was just about to say possibly the sound card. I had a Xonar which I liked but had various funnies along the way. What is the HF and GF don't remember having that button wink

Have no idea what the HF / GF are for my problem is that in one ear I only have about 10% hearing and the other 50% (at 75 can't expect much) so all sound is turned up to max. Windows sound no good for me so a sound card is my answer only just.
, I listen through headphones all time.
Thanks for reply going to buy the new Platinum now.
