I didn't feel the need to see Solo That was actually a decent movie. I wouldn't have paid theater prices to see it, but I had zero regrets spending 4 bucks (I think) to stream it at home. I wouldn't mind a sequel to Solo, minus the train sequence. But we won't get one.

A very far cry from the effect the original trilogy had on me. The stories and characters are what still make the original trilogy a pinnacle for me. My first exposure to any Star Wars movie was when I was maybe 9 years old, and I saw some of Empire during TV broadcast at a friend's house. I didn't get to finish the movie, I only got to watch from the beginning through the asteroid field. But those characters never left my mind. As soon as I got back home, I built myself a Millennium Falcon from Lego, and ran around thinking of Han navigating that asteroid field for days. Imperial walkers on the north ridge. When I finally got to see all the movies... The story and characters left a mark unlike any other films have ever done. Your parents didn't take you to see those movies in the theater or drive-in on release? Deprived doesn't begin to describe what I've just read... Hell, MY daughter saw them when she was 4.x and she's 9 now. But most of us on SimHQ are likely old enough to have seen the movies when they first came out.

Episode IV is the very first movie I remember seeing in a movie theater. I was 4 years old since I remember my dad telling me that we saw it in the summer of 1977 and I didn't turn 5 until later in October.

We weren't much of a movie theater family. We did go to a handful of films, but those were "meh" to me in the long run, and I generally cared nothing about theater movies, I was all into TV series as a boy. Scooby Doo, Knight Rider, Fall Guy (I had the metal lunch box!), Transformers (yes the very first episodes and toys!), Buck Rogers, and GI Joe. I had tons of those toys, and watched the shows, they were all I cared about. A few friends had loads of Star Wars toys, but I had no idea what they were about! I remember watching the "Ewok Adventure" and "Battle for Endor" TV movies. But these didn't excite me or my interest in the Star Wars universe in any way. I'm not even sure I finished watching them to the end. When the OT was first in release, it just wasn't on my interest or radar. I do remember one Christmas, my parents offered to buy me a Star Wars ride-on toy... IIRC it was the Millennium Falcon guns from ANH, featured in the scene where Luke and Han fight the Ties escaping the Death Star. But this wasn't interesting to me. No way. I knew what I wanted in the Wards Catalog. An electric 4x4 ride-on truck, black with orange and yellow stripes, opening hood and tail gate, and of course, a CB radio like Dad's truck. It was a close to Fall Guy and Bigfoot as I could get. I drove the wheels off that thing.

I remember watching the "Ewok Adventure" and "Battle for Endor" TV movies.
I made the colossal mistake of watching those. Even as a kid I knew they were junk. About the only thing worse than those tv movies in the SW universe is the 1978 TV Holiday Special.

No one twisted Lucas’s arm to sell. If he doesn’t like what Disney has done then tough!! Hilarious parody video by the way.

If you're just talking about her physical looks, I think she's attractive. Shots without makeup, or with makeup to make her look plain, and with an odd expression, can make anyone look less attractive. Here's a view that I think shows what she probably looks like when normally out and about: Outside of Star Wars I find her very attractive. Here is to hoping the Hutts capture her.
