I could have sworn Bobbie was described as being partly of Samoan ancestry, but it has to have been 5 years since I read “Caliban’s War” so it’s very likely I retconned it in my mind. After all, I’m pretty sure it was right here that some years ago I swore the “heart plugs” in David Lynch’s “Dune” were also mentioned in the book.
