101 flights with 245 aircraft in one mission on Ultra Setting. Not sure how realistic that is, but WOW!. My starting location is that small green square.

It's incredibly realistic and bloody amazing.

The world is a living thing and stuff happens outside of an individuals' direct perception. When I see that image it's the realisation of a long term wish. A living world that the player participate in instead of a player world that the environment is fudged into by clumsy and obviously fake mechanics.

That's what I'm not sure about, really. my settings are maxed out and I have an i7 with 1080ti. My FPS was from 53 to 61 during most of the mission with dips into the 40s which caused those "mini" stutters. Ah... who am I kidding, I really don't care .... It's frivolous compared to the immersion this expansion is already dishing out (especially with VR) that I forget I'm in 2019. ....

Salute Blade, I've disabled my mods until I can figure out what is causing the stutters and CTDs. I think I'm getting close and will definitely share it when I enable them again.

If you figure it out before I do please pass it on.
First thing I’m gonna try is virus program exclusion then changing Windows Compatibility Mode for the WOFF.exe.

Sure. Try starting with stock WOFF PE and just using Panama's blue triangle MOD. That may help you like it did me. For the life of me, I couldn't figure out why I would get CTDs with PE when UE was running smooth, but hopefully, this will be your solution too!

You can also write trashy pulp fiction rationalisations explaining how your character escaped the clutches of the enemy, that's my preferred atonement for the sin of allowing myself to be shot down behind enemy lines.
