Purchased WOTR yesterday. Installed last night on my Windows 10 machine. Clicked icon. Three seconds---crash to desktop (without error). Fiddled with it, reinstalled it, reinstalled DX9, etc. Finally light bulb went off . . . MSI Afterburner loads with Windows and it sometimes frustrates games. Disabled. Loaded right up.
I write this just in case somebody is searching for an answer some day . . .
