Hahah, yea I wasn't gonna go there. But IIRC, aren't there estimates that state even the cleanest vinyl may only contain 12 to 14 bits worth, compared to the CD's 16?

Priority #1 is the loudspeakers.

Priority #2 is the amplifier.

I'll deal with any source signal given the above.
