Sorry, but I'm not running a stranger's rtf file, though I probably wouldn't know what the debug info means, anyway. Just copy text as scroll-able or a quote or post a normal txt file if you think the info is important.
Make sure you go through the correct procedure to install and update everything to 1.16.2: Stock->1.16.0 -> then the patches. If that doesn't fix it, delete your players bin and game.cfg files and try again. Let us know if you still have issues.
Oh, and don't try to roll inverted or loop when in a Comanche if you have the ASE page up while padlocking with the HMD. That currently causes a freeze/CTD.
