I don't know which was worse, the freezing cold winter mornings or the steaming hot summer afternoons. My Dad used to joke about how they used to use a Sears and Roebok catalog for t-paper. He grew up in a coal mining town in the 19030's, in a house without running water. I suppose their wasn't much loitering around or time over target back then.
