There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB.
The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed.
There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

Many times.

In -53F temps. Not much fun digging down to the source and exposing it.

That one is way too modern, in my day they did not have seat covers.

Not with two seats, WTF is that! One person can go OUTSIDE if there's that much of an emergency!

But yeah, many times at my uncle's land in the Ozarks...

As a kid, we had a a little plot of land "Up North" Michigan. At first we just used to camp on it. Over a few years, me, my Dad, my uncles, cousins, and brother built a cabin with all the conveniences of home. During those initial years the "outhouse" was our only option. Of course my Mom and sisters would wine and complain and go get a hotel room in town sometimes. We even had the obligatory crescent moon window. Always had to check for snakes and hornets too.

On one of my boy scout trips when I was a kid, our future delinquent-in-chief poured white gas into the campsite outhouse and blew it into a million pieces...

Needless to say, our Troop was banned from that state park from there on after. Many years later the sod ended up in prison, or so I was told by his father. I've never seen so many bits of wood strewn everywhere before, and I'm surprised there weren't dingleberries of barbecued poo adorning the nearby trees and shrubberies.

Yep, with a wood ashes bucket on the side to keep it all neat for the next visitor.

Cheers,

I've lived in heavily urbanized areas for all my life so my answer is no that specific model. However, I have used the modern-day "porta potties" a few times when I've gone to large outdoor events like carnivals/fairs.

yes indeed. But not with a toilet seat screwed on top. Our provincial parks still have them AFAIK.

I'm suspecting the women did some chamber potting and handed it to the man or kids to dispose of. Just happened to be forced to watch this the other day by the wife. Did not know what split pants were before then... The pervert in me was thinking ...that could work both ways... hmm...

I've used a brick version of that outhouse and a carefully situated timber effort with a very long drop. The view through the aperture was interesting. Not somewhere I ever got very comfortable.
