If you have the chance listen to the audio commentary by John McTiernan on the dvd. There's lots of interesting info he shares.

My DVD doesn't include commentary nor does it have the "Making of..." video. frown

I'm going to have to purchase a more recent version, I suppose, while upgrading to Blu-ray.
