I have it too, but haven't had the chance to try it out. I hadn't heard about the stray shot mechanic until I was checking out some things after release. That sounds like a pretty cool new feature. I think I'll try spinning up a new career with the new DLC after giving it a go with the current one.
Throughout history, poverty is the normal condition of man. Advances which permit this norm to be exceeded — here and there, now and then — are the work of an extremely small minority, frequently despised, often condemned, and almost always opposed by all right-thinking people. Whenever this tiny minority is kept from creating, or (as sometimes happens) is driven out of a society, the people then slip back into abject poverty. This is known as "bad luck.” -Robert Heinlein

I don’t have it yet, but I was playing yesterday. I saw the stray shot notification pop up a couple of times. I was surprised, I thought that was in the dlc? No buildings to come crumbling down of course. Hoping for a sale. I want this and the last BSG dlc.

Paradox usually includes some upgrades for the base game when they drop DLCs, that must have been something that made the list.
I've stayed and stopped BSG about few times. I do like it, just not enough to keep me going.
