I remember the original Rainbow 6 game very fondly. It introduced me to the book actually, which I found to be incredibly enjoyable as well, but Without Remorse is still my favorite John Clark novel.

Thanks for posting that short movie. I’m a big RS Siege player so I enjoyed watching it.

I really tried to like R6S but to me it's to much of a sci-fi/moba game than actually a CQB experience. To many gamey stuff, to heavy on using these gadgets. But i'am quite impressed that ubisoft maintains support for it for such a long time.

I really tried to like R6S but to me it's to much of a sci-fi/moba game than actually a CQB experience. To many gamey stuff, to heavy on using these gadgets. But i'am quite impressed that ubisoft maintains support for it for such a long time.
its all about CQB, that gadgets just helps.....siege is very tense for me...coms are key.

The story-driven single player campaign of the old RS games is long gone. It won’t be coming back.

That was my impression from uTube videos and the reason I've never bought it.

Our group plays mostly coop "Terrorist Hunt", and sometimes we plays as the "Recruit" operator, who has no gadget at all, iron sights, and some breaching tools and smoke/flash. Changes up the gameplay a good deal.

Same with the realistic tactical gameplay. R6S looks like a kids game on par with Fortnite. BF4 has a more realistic feel and look to it than the current R6. Back in the early 2000s who would've thought that is how R6 would end up?!
