That's great news Pol! I too was fearing the worst with that headline. I realized the other day that I played Red Baron 3D pretty much non-stop for nine years. I've had the good fortune of enjoying OFF and WOFF for thirteen years and with more to come! Cheers and a very very grateful thanks! PS: Enjoying the heck out of WOTR - just haven't had time to post!

Been locked in overtime hell at work. 152 total hours in the past 2 weeks so haven't had time to look at anything anywhere. Just logged in this morning to see what's happening and saw this fantastic news. Not just more planes adding to sim that already has so many, but they are planning to be free? That's unreal. Looking forward to that and anything else that might be purchasable coming along! Kudos to OBD!

Speculation, I say. Well, now wouldn't a couple few nice seaplanes give realism to those lonely Seefrosta units. A Friedrichshafen FF-49 or Albatros W-4, perhaps a nice Felixstowe here and there, would add a bit of spice to things, what!

Great news gents' - and very pleased to see an excellent WWI sim with continued development being injected into it. Keep up the good work OBD! I believe there were some experiments done earlier with the M-S N, from FE2, and successful attempts to integrate it into the WOFFue world, also the Longhorn/Shorthorn. Perhaps we will see some nice surprises along those lines. Happy flying, Von S Think also that after a stop without any explanation guess this plane set will be introduced as can be read here http://SimHQ.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/4371787/1

VonS: Actually OBD has had the official SPAD VII 150 HP and SPAD XIII 200 HP FMs for years. You just have to know how to acquire them and install them into the game like I have been doing since WOFF 1.

You just have to know how to acquire them and install them into the game like I have been doing since WOFF 1. This is certainly news to me - but very good news (less models that I will tinker with since I don't want to reduplicate or create too many variations on aircraft types/fms that already exist for WOFFue). Will limit my FM tweaks therefore to one more version for WOFFue, where I comb over the early Nieups. and v-strutter Albies - and will let OBD surprise us hopefully with an early SPAD 13 down the road, complete with a nice model to match the early fm. Happy flying gents', Von S

VonS: I said nothing about models, just the two official OBD FM's (SPAD VII 150 HP and SPAD XIII 200 HP). Of course the SPAD VII 150 HP and 180 HP used the same frame and wings, so no difference. The SPAD XIII 200 HP has slightly different wing tips than the SPAD XIII 220 HP, but you just have to use what is given you and go with the flow since and any distance you can not tell the difference between the two.
