I have seen some really cool R/C aircraft on the Tube. This is certainly in the Top Five. Incredible model, effects and flying.

Thanks for that.

tfw you spend all that time and money to build a killer R/C A-10 and you don't get the proper command name on the nacelles. Tsk tsk. It's AFRC not ARFC.

I'd guess he was more concerned about the plane itself than having proper decals on it.....

I'd also guess he intended no disrespect toward the military in his endeavor.....

Still, not a bad RC A-10 for a builder suffering from dyslexia, agreed biggrin ?

Cheers,
Slug

I used to want to fly RC planes, then I saw one hit the side of a van...I then realized it was too expensive to risk. Then flight sims came out and I got to fly F3.

Vienna, 2nd rock left.
Kinda expected him to drop the center tank as it seemed to wobble a lot...

Very cool model.

I don't fly RC much now but when i did I mostly flew scratch built aircraft that cost maybe $10 in material, not counting the battery/servos/motor etc. And the latter parts generally survive most crashes.

But yeah, the "big guys" spend $$$ on their aircraft.
