Hi there,

Here is a new player on the simulator market, did you saw Dogfight Boss ?
We was used to make cockpits from cardboard, but we changed it for aluminium and right now we are developing as real as possible
cockpits for all who is interested. We also invented a way how to make backlit placard and light up whole cockpit only with 1 LED stripe.
Right now is all from aluminium sandwich (dibond) and PVC ribs. Each cockpit have orogonal camo with callsign of its owner.
Instrument panels are available for purchase also separately on dogfightboss.com in PRO section.
We spent a lot of time with developing this, please let me know your opinion, i would love to know if you like it. Also if you can share our website, i will appreciate it a lot.
Thank You!
Lukas

Is this available with fully functional switches, instruments and MFDs, for direct integration with Falcon 4.0 and DCS?

Doesn't matter, won't be able to see that pit when you fly with VR. I wish I could fly with VR, I used it for a while and just couldn't go back to monitors. Literally ruined me.

Since I've gotten my Oculus Rift 90% of my sim flying is in VR.

No interest in VR for me personally. I just don't like having all of my vision focused in one small area.

As for that pit, I would get one if I had the space for it in my house.

Differing perceptions I suppose, as what you just described sounds to me like having to use a single fixed monitor sitting on a desk in front of me as opposed to me freely looking all about me while flying in VR.

We are working on our system to have all switches working, right now its available only as custom work and we mainly sell only the shells without hardware,
Or we add 27'' monitor as overlay on MIP.

We are selling also for VR users, there are no physical panels, only printed textures, its very good for ergonomy and also canopy bow helps a lot during the Dogfight. Proved by real life Rafale pilot who bought 3 of them for VR wink. His company MACH 3 management here tech flying in VR.

I have a simple plywood cockpit that I mainly fly VR in now, and I am considering adding a canopy bow! Would help a lot when trying to check six.

If I was going to drop that cash (Lord knows I wish I had it), I'd get a DOF Reality P3.

What do you mean the canopy bow helps a lot doing the dogfight?
