Yes edit viewui.xml in
C:\Users\YOURLOGON\AppData\Roaming\OBD_Games\OBDWW1 Over Flanders Fields
Look at
<FloatView
section. Play around with those values.

ViewVerticalOffset="0.8" for examle change to "2.0" or whateveer
