No, not officially anyway. This is a DirectX9 title - I know there are ways to inject VR into DX9 apps, but last time I had access to a VR headset it definitely didn't work for WOFF and I imagine it's the same for WOTR.
Keep in mind that this is using the CFS3 engine, which was never designed for VR (and pre-dates the current VR tech by more than a decade anyway). Maybe when what seems like a planned transition to DX11 happens that might be possible, but not yet.

Someone had WOFF working with VR recently with 3rd party utils (see the WOFF UE forum http://SimHQ.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/forums/372/1/wings-over-flanders-fields and search there).
AnKor is working on DX11 shaders which could be amazing if it pans out, then who knows..

I'll be keeping an eye on WOTR, if VR is implemented it will be a must buy.
Otherwise, sorry but no matter how much I love the genre, there's no way I can play a flight sim without VR now.
