I have Saitek Pro Pedals.
I have the toe brakes mapped in the WOTR Keyboard manager - all looks good.
When taxing and I apply a brake and it works, and let up on the brake, I then see an instructor message to Press B (sometimes Shift-B) to remove the brake as the brake is still engaged.
Still working on understanding this issue - have not dug into it deeper yet.

Having fun though, thanks for developing WOTR.
Will be nice to see what this grows into.

Main brake if you like is "Chocks" and Toe brakes are Left and right.

Yes, I have left and right as the toe brakes.
I start engine, release the brakes (B), start moving, then press the toe brakes to help steer, but the main brakes come on and I stop moving. I have to press B again to release them again.

Sorry I missed that thread from its title.

For late comers here is the important information from the post referenced by Polovski.
The Axis on the toe brakes must be reversed.
I will try this later tonight.

No easy way in the sim no but you can edit the WOTRKeys.xca file in
C:\Users\YOUR-LOGON-NAME\AppData\Roaming\OBD_Games\OBDWW2 Wings Over The Reich

Find the pedals entry lower down look for Scale="64" whatever next to it, change to Scale="-64" save the file. Try that.

for example

<Device Type="CH PRO PEDALS USB">
<GameMode Name="Player">
<Axis ID="X" Action="AXIS_LEFT_BRAKE_SET" Scale="-64"/>
<Axis ID="Y" Action="AXIS_RIGHT_BRAKE_SET" Scale="-64"/>
<Axis ID="Z" Action="Set_Yaw" />
</GameMode>
</Device>

See the WOTR FAQ section 25 for how to do this with rudder pedals, just look for the brake entries instead.

The first update patch will have an option in the WOTRKeys tool to set reverse scale..

Yeah also in the FAQ
