I'm sad to say that I can no longer play WOFF for my daily sync to the war 100 years past. But, as the anniversary of the US Marines in air combat is approaching, I did decide to make my poor attempt at a Marine skin.

I did nothing but add the beautifully done WWI era Marine EGA by E Boehm (used with his permission from the RCGroups, thank you) to the excellent stock DH-4 USAS skin (unsigned, but again thank you) to get this bird into WOFF.

This book from the official Marine Corps history has a pretty good description of the Marines efforts to get into combat.

As the Marines didn't get into the war until quite late due to several obstacles, some accidental, some otherwise I think; there is no Marine Squadron in WOFF. As the Marines initially flew with RAF squadron 217 and 218 in the north of Belgium (unfortunately not in WOFF at present), I'm tempted to find the northernmost Brit DH-4 squadron in WOFF and begin a career that will use the Marine skins in mid October through the end of the war.

If there is an interest, I can pass this to any individuals who might want it or upload it in the mods forum.
