Thank you Antonon. It was fun indeed, the planes were very aproachable. It was my first Viggen experience as well. It was quite a sight and sound, and really odd when it taxis reversed on the ground using its thrust reverser
I think this one is operated by the swedish air force`s historic flight. They are taking good care of the saab heritage.
There was a much bigger show last year, when the Stavanger Sola Airport had the 80th anniversary. The highlight was spitfire mark IX in norwegian colours. It was truly fascinating.
Thanks Jenrick. Indeed it looks like we bloth love taking shots of details and interesting moments at Airshows. For me it also comes down to equipment. For the time being I don`t have a long enough tele to take really good in-flight shots, so I try to find topics which are within my reach:)
