So what did you guys think of the season 2 opener? Besides the plethora of death I am really intrigued how the show will expand into the world outside of the Westworld park.
Is this even on Earth? We don’t know.

Going to try to wait the end of the season, or at least midseason, and then subscribe. Probably won't make it if I keep clicking links about it with potential spoilers, but that's on me. LOL Looking forward to it though. It was slow to start last year, but it didn't disappoint.

I've been hearing a lot about this lately. Guess it's time to give season one a try.
Here's my take on the show. If you really like Blade Runner and the new Battlestar Galactica you will like Westworld. They all share many of the same themes.

Did anyone here watch last night’s episode besides me?
A few observations:
This show goes all out on the violence but the sex is very tame by comparison.
Is Maeve coming like Neo from the Matrix?
How far exactly did Maeve have to walk to get to Shogun World? You see a completely different geography in the background compared to Westworld. Yep, we do like our violence to be extreme but get pretty squeamish when it comes to depiction of sex. Wheels

Have you seen the preview for next week episode?
And I hope Bernard stays in this series 'till the very end, a very interesting character and I really like the way he brings his character to the screen, great actor.
Also like Peter Mullan in the show, pity it was only for a couple of episodes, he is a great actor also, he was amazing in the mini series "The Fear", about a ganster boss that got Alzheimer and slowly losing his mind.

Season 2 has been very interesting and enjoyable for me so far. I just keep thinking to myself "where does the story go from here in season 3?"
We already know that the big show down between Delos and the renegade hosts will happen for sure before the end of this season which means that either all of the hosts are wiped out and Delos starts over from scratch or somehow some of the hosts escape destruction and continue fighting a guerrilla war. If it's the latter, I think you can only stretch out that plot for so long before it starts to become stale.

Sweet Dolores certainly turned into a cold hearted beeotch. Good show. Definately has me hooked.

Sweet Dolores certainly turned into a cold hearted beeotch. . Free will can sometimes be a curse! I get the feeling that she regrets to some extent what she did to Teddy.

I like the show a lot.
That being said, enough with the timeline jumpon already. Its just needlessly making it confusing. Its the whole...we get it Bruce Willis is a ghost thing...but you don't need that twist in every movie. It got old fast
