It’s about right for a second-hand machine.....there’s about 25-30% discount against buying it new. How can all those components be ‘new’ though if it was ex-demo? The 130GB SSD will soon be filled though with W10 on it unless you redirect installed apps onto the 1TB drive. (Also assuming games will be installed onto the second drive too).

I’d say worth the money if you were already looking to buy something.....if not, the falling GPU prices will bring a GTX1080 equipped machine into a similar range in the next 3-4 months.

I'm not sure about local pricing but the drives and PSU seem fairly low end for the asking price. I paid around $220 for a 1TB SSD over a month back, and 500GB drives are going on sale for around $120. HDDs, a good 2TB drive is easily found well under $100. CPU is $250 at best; with a new Ryzen generation I'd expect a 1700X to be heavily discounted.

Based on prices I can find in the US that is a hard pass, especially as it is used. And Nvidia is on the verge of releasing a new generation. I wouldn't pay top dollar for a GPU model that is close to two years old. Now, maybe in Australia that is a steal but I wouldn't recommend it was really an amazing price in Australia.

In terms of performance it will run most games maxed out at 1440P though. I have the same GPU and a Ryzen 1600 at 3.8GHZ and it is a very competent system. So performance wise it will be fine. But as I mentioned, the GPU is getting a bit old and may start being slower for upcoming games...

Seems good with regards to specs but you'll have to price it locally and see how much you're saving. One important question --- what's the warranty on it? Might be able to negotiate a bigger discount if it doesn't come with warranty.
