Anyone up for Far Cry 5 co-op or PvP team creation?

I find their depiction of Southern, Gun owning, Conservative Christians revolting, so I won't buy it. I even sent them an email saying so. Suggested that they focus on a game where everyone kicks the French Soldiers ass as they run and hide from the fight. The game takes place in Montana. Montana is at the Canadian border, you know the Rocky Mountains up north. Besides for what I have seen the characters are far from resembling you. So where that hatred for the French comes from?

Apparently there are a bunch of SJW types who are complaining that it was not what they were expecting as far as political content. If anything it puts patriotic gun owner types into somewhat of a positive light.

It’s a game. Name a bad guy after me for all I care, just make a good game. I haven’t pulled the trigger on it yet, but it appeals to me more than the last one that I couldn’t get into.

Well, I caved. I'am a sucker when it comes to sandboxes/shooters. Fortunately it's great. Beautiful and huge world to explore and the gunplay is very satisfying. It's a bit crazy though. There are bad guys all over the place and wildlife is also constantly trying to kill you. It's hard to catch a break.

Maybe Crane is referring to the head to head multiplayer only?
I've put in about 15 hours into the game and I'm really enjoying it so far. My only complaint is that the game world is a bit TOO hectic. It would be nice not to run into an enemy like every 10 seconds while exploring the game world! That's part of what I was getting at, hostile spawns should be toned down or be controlled by a slider bar or something. Its supposed to be Far Cry, not Serious Sam. Also, many of the weapons and enemies seem unbalanced, where you get ridiculousness like needing 4 hits from a .45-70 to kill a turkey. I mean come on now!

In the interests of being objective, I've now put over 15 hours into the game and quite honestly the best way I can describe the antagonist cult that you encounter in the game is that it is VERY reminiscent of the David Koresh cult. I don't think anyone would describe that cult as either "Conservative" or "Liberal" within the context of the US politics. It was simply a bizarre cult with no official political affiliations.

I don’t have it yet, but that’s what I thought they were going for from the start.
