Some one get a hold of BEACHAV8R over at Mudspike and find out where his Review on the 2.5OB is.

The bloke reviews everything DCS before public release yet not one review on just how 'awesome' this 2.5OB is.

If BEACHAV8R is maintaining a spell of radio silence regarding the 2.5OB he must not be able to find anything good to write about it. Now that says something for the state of the OB

Mudspikes rave reviews are talked about numerous times. Some consumers go as far as to have BEACHAV8R's reviews decide what module they will buy next, campaigns yet absolutely no word on the 'free' world that modules are pointless in with out it.

Thanks for finding Mudspike Winfield! I was looking for some old SimHQ friends and I found them over there on their forums. So far I've found JediMaster, Komemiute, Paul Rix, Tankerwade, smokinhole, Troll, Navynuke, plus lots more - a whole bunch of sim playing people and good friends I used to hang out with here. I thought they had all just stopped playing! Cheers bud!

I wasn't saying that at all. There has been a member who keeps making new accounts and pretends to be a different person each time, only to be caught out and then he disappears and comes back under a new alias. Apologies for confusing you with him.

As to getting "a little worked up," I'm guessing you're not very familiar with ED's track record and their "betas"
I'm also guessing you're not very familiar with those who have spent their nickel and ED continues to fail to deliver.

I ended up deleting my 2.5 install.

Decided to update my copy of DCS just to see what will happen (not run DCS yet) and the installer's torrenting system stopped responding and after closing it manually, the installer itself stopped responding. I'm guessing it has done it's job anyway? WTF devs? Can't even make an installer/updater that doesn't crash?

Then the game started up and I was met with this funny message





Really, ED? I'm quite sure you don't need to do this. People will gladly give you data, anonymous or not, that will help you improve the quality of your products. But will you listen? You don't have to improve the quality of our experience when using your products, you have to improve your products and the experience of using your products will improve. Is it only me who sees that ED is yet again focusing on the wrong thing?
