I go to the Avatar section in My Profile, select URL. (I have the Avatar, 100 x 100, uploaded to TinyPics.com) select the URL radio button, paste the TinyPics URL into the slot, and Save Changes to the page. But the Avatar ( a PNG) does not appear.
