Good News .... so the Arduino IDE could not make it a Leonardo again? ( via Burn bootloader ? )
KB.
No, because Arduino IDE not recognise any Arduino Board and COM port, you must burn new firmware and IDE recognise now your Leonardo board. Thanks for the Information , I thought I had used the IDE to fix one of my Leonardo's last year ,while watching for the Port change in Device Manager and hitting Burn Bootloader. Is BootloaderDFU.hex (11k) V.4 the file you used? KB

Melexis MLX90333 is the 3D sensor used in T.16000M, Warthog, X-55/56.
But is not option for DIY because require programming their parameters, e.g. in how many degrees will read 0 to 5 volts, what make easy match with gimbal movement, what require a costly hardware programmer, and besides this their communication with controllers is in digital mode, what require compatible controller/firmware.
A analog version of this sensor, but working in linear mode is available in eBay, see in previous page user experiences. But is not replacement for '3D" version in joy gimbal.
I guess a similar version (not 3D) is used in MFG Crosswind pedal.
That is a pity Sokol Looks like the guy selling the TLE5010 boards on AliExpress is no longer selling them though Ben , what or where can you suggest instead Sokol ? https://www.aliexpress.com/item/TLE5010-digital-mode-magnetoresistive-angle-sensor/32634095245.html try here https://www.yoycart.com/Product/521365312829/ Looks Like the Chinese Seller has 50+ Units available again if you need TLE5010 Boards..... https://www.aliexpress.com/item/TLE5010-digital-mode-magnetoresistive-angle-sensor/32634095245.htmlKB.

Shipping costs to Europe (for example Spain) are € 30 (total € 40) three times what the sensors are worth. That's why I searched on other websites with the cheapest shipping costs The Shipping is included (free) at $6.50US a Board, unless you want it fast and then they use DHL ,UPS etc and you are right it is about $30-45USD depending on the Service. It maybe better to pay the 3.45 Shipping from the other site if it comes faster though? or has international tracking which the Original Site does not. Maybe it is the same Guy with two different Store Fronts?

In Spain the cheapest shipping is € 30. to other countries such as the UK, there are cheaper and even free shipping
Oh , I did not realise that, I guess China and Europe don't have a Mail deal as do the US and Canada I beleive, hopefully you get it quicker too though , as a month or even two, is not uncommon due to delays in China and now the Fentanyl Problem means every package from there must be searched by Drug dogs and be X-Rayed, and there are millions of them. Hi I just wanted to see if anyone else Order any TLE5010 from the AliExpress Site above : and if you have received anything yet? I placed an Order over a month ago now , and although the Seller has made a Shipping Label ( Feb21 ) after 1st telling me they were away for Chinese New Year until the 20th , nothing has actually shipped yet. I made another inquiry March 7th and was told by the Seller , production had been put off due to a Blind Date ???? must of been some bad date....I am not sure whether to Laugh or cry at this point, last time I Ordered from them, I got them exactly 3 weeks after placing the Order and it is now nearly 6 weeks and no indication of anything even Shipping , I'm starting to think it is a Scam and I should File a Dispute with AliExpress. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi KB, produce This one Module technician, At home Blind date, put off produce, very sorry. best regards Tammy ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks for the Heads Up.... AliExpress made me wait 39 days before I could make a dispute , so I better head over there and do that now .... KB

production had been put off due to a Blind Date ???? In February China stop for the "New Lunar Year" holidays, only at end of March things start running well again, could be the case.

Well I made a Dispute last night after seeing @airwolfmutley post about Her not selling them again , She had 53 pieces when I Ordered and sold about another 10 to 5 other Buyers , so I was concerned I was being ripped Off but I was a bit hasty last night when I saw this , She has replied and agreed to refund my Money this morning , but don't know how long that takes..... Or if this is another ploy like the Shipping Notice to make me think it shipped, and this is just so I or AliExpress doesn't harass Her for another week or two.... I'll Update the Thread when I know more . Unfortunately I can not tell the Other buyers , that is why I posted here about it, hoping they would see it too. KB.

Hi KB,
The seller of the item works since 2012 in aliexpress and had 99,9% of positive feedback. Maybe he's a reliable seller.
To buying from China is always an unknown. But, in the majority of my history, I receive the product.
Here in Brasil, the itens come in the country something like 15 to 45 days. The problem is the IRS and the brazilian mail company (from the government, unfortunately) that delays the delivery to something like 6 months, if the mail company employee don't steal it from you. Here in Argentina is the exact same story......

Here in Argentina is the exact same story...... In Canada it is similar nowadays , tracking tells me it gets here in 10-20 days but it sits at Customs for 2-3 months now, due to all the drugs trying to come from China , as CDN Customs now Xrays ALL mail from China and they are just not fast as there is not enough trained Staff. I have had several packages "disappear" too . On the other hand Mail from the UK , eg my TrackHat Clip came in 10 days to my house.... The Chinese Seller "Tammy" has refunded my Money , it is back on my Visa Today , so I guess that means She never really produced these Boards , probably collected the money to buy the Parts 1st and then found she could not buy the PCBs or something, so at least She is Honest about the Money , if not about that She had sent them already. Hi guys! after reading a lot on this forum, this will be my first post here . I'm mostly into space combat sims and recently Good Old Games took me down memory lane with Wing Commander and TIE Fighter so I thought why not upgrade my gear and get into flight sims more seriously. Anyway I just bought an unused old CH Combatstick from eBay that I want to convert to USB using all that I have learned here. Especially this thread is very informative! Thanks @ Sokol1! My plans are pretty much set. I am going to use an Arduino Pro Micro to attach all the buttons and pots from the Combatstick and connect the axes through a MCP3208 to get the 12bit resolution. But when I opened up the base of the stick I was surprised to find not one but two pots for the Y-axis (see pic). I was expecting one pot for one axis. Now I don't know how to connect the two Y-axis pots to the ADC. Can someone explain this to me? SD Edit: Nevermind. I mistook the Throttle Control Wheel for part of the Y-axis! I didn't even realize that stick had a throttle.

Hi KB!
Yes, it is very strange.
Looking in it's history of sales I don't find feedback on this product. But I find a lot of feedback in others products in february/march of 2018. And, in the item description, sellers guarantees, they offer refund if the item doesn't received in 39 days.
I don't know... I think I will give another try to it. And, monitoring the time, if doesn't come in 39 days, ask a refund.
plan B: start to thinking in build your own pbc. In Canada you could find a service to make the pcb for you, I guess, even if that just only without the components, which you could soldering by you later. Or, try to learn how to create the pcb by yourself.
According to my budget researches, I will spend something like U$ 28.00, buying the components separately and manufacturing the pcbs by myself. But, in this case, I will have material to do 10 pcbs. Of course, is not an easy task to do, and without experience (my case), I will probably loose some material, but, I bellieve that this will launch the price to something like U$ 32.00, which is acceptable.
But, all the work involved become the product ready in aliexpress very attractive...

I have no experience either in PCB making either , and it is the Same store I got 2 sets from last year , in record time ( for AliExpress ) but so far from AliExpress I have only received 50% of what I ordered , thankfully AliExpress is good about getting/giving refunds, so I have not lost any money , unlike ordering on Ebay. the only other one I know of it the one SAK75 posted.... https://www.yoycart.com/Product/521365312829/I know Debolestis asked MegaMozg about the TLE5010 Boards but I am not sure he made any or put them on his OSHPark Store , but you could ask him I think. http://SimHQ.com/forum/ubbthreads.p...uild-your-own-usb-controller#Post4261213https://oshpark.com/profiles/Debolestis
