What are some PC games that you've played that you would really love to see a film adaptation made? 1. Dishonored series - For me, I found the world of "Dishonored" to be so detailed, rich and compelling that I think it could make a really great film assuming the right people get involved. The story and lore is great too and there's a lot of material that could be used to make an interesting film. 2. Knights of the Old Republic - Fantastic story, characters and it would be interesting to see the early days of the Republic and the Jedi/Sith. 3. Fallout series - I think the odd combination of a post-apocalyptic world mixed with 1950's era aesthetics could make for an interesting film. It could have the same quirkiness as shows like "Fargo". 4. Prey - A thought provoking scifi film with great suspense and terror. What's not to love here?

Would Uwe Boll have to direct it? He was the defacto videogame movie director for a while... Oh god no! Chris Nolan, Denis Villeneuve and David Fincher would be my first picks for the 4 entries I listed in my original post.

Splinter Cell! We're SOOO overdue for that. It was teased with Chaos Theory back in the day. Homeworld series. BIOSHOCK. Chronicles of Riddick Butcher Bay. Thief series. Metro 2033 Assassins Creed, but minus the modern day crap. The recent movie was dragged down by that, as are the games. Just do the historical aspect. Crimson Skies would be a heck of a fun movie. Absolutely on the Battletech, even if it's a (serious) cgi anime on Netflix. Also on KOTOR, that's an excellent SW story. I'd also take a remake at the level of Mass Effect.

Panzer Elite from the view point and action of both sides and through at least several battles in different areas of Europe.

tomb raider,i really liked the indiana jones gender bending in modern times, too bad it seems none of the movies captured the character, The division, Rainbow Six (in the 90s), Shinobi (genesis/mega drive), Earthworm Jim, Metroid Dragon Age :origins or back in the previous blights Mass effect....can't believe EA sat on this franchise in its heyday but did a #%&*$# movie need for speed. Splatterhouse....seriously this need to be made now with the horror thirller ressurgence.
And most importantly Rescue Rangers, yes, the chipmunks from disney, they were suposed to get a movie but ducktales movie bombing put an knife on the project and my inner child NEEDS IT !
