Hi Guys,

For my new business website I'm looking at heavily customizing a wordpress template. I actually have no idea if it's worth it to learn myself, or if I could spend 500-1000 bucks and get it done professionally.

I think the basic functionality I want is pretty simple - basically just rescaling according to display/device. No widgets, no e-commerce shops, no fancy layout tricks or crazy dynamic HTML.

I have photoshop mockups of the page in different scaling variations.

Do we have someone here who would offer an idea if it's feasible to do myself or what kind of prices I might be looking at, roughly?
