Going to have try them.

There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB.
The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed.
There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

Woo yeah! I think perhaps I'd even stick a jalapeno in a few just for an extra surprise and kick. Or just dip them in a little Texas Pete and a homemade ranch that's been chilling in the refrigerator.

And that's why I'm currently avoiding the SimHQ diet thread.

Everyone deserves a cheat meal once a week! Can’t really hurt and keeps you sane.

Those look awesome, not the usual tater bombs.

I saw that picture and immediately began to salivate.

I would love to make these but having to deep fry anything means it won't happen in my house. To much oil in the air and ending up on every surface in my kitchen not to mention my red birch dining room table.

Any chance of using an outdoor gas grill to heat the oil?

One of the guys I know through agw owns a restaurant/bar out near st louis. One of the apetizers he has are these deep fried mashed potatoes balls. Very similar to this but without the bacon. If anyone is out near that area look up "the pump house" very good food.

Shared the recipe with the Queen, went much better than expected.
I have a choice biggrin
Either the Mashed Potato Bacon Bombs, or X'Mas Pudding in a few weeks.

Cheers,

Now someone needs to invent "buttermilk biscuit and gravy bombs".

I'll pass on Chef Todd's bacon bombs, but I will congratulate him on his recent weight loss...
