Yeah...it seems he's mostly here to aggravate members here that are critical of DCS. He's new, so we'll see how long it lasts.

2014 sign up date so not exactly new. Maybe a sleeper account?

Interestingly, this was his first post here:

I also planned to lobby some of my steam buddies to buy into ED(after 2.5 release) now i wont reccomend DCS to anyone. Loosing 1 customer can have impact on 20 potential customers, keep pissing off enough people and it will crash and burn.

But a few days ago i decided to try DCS again in lack of something else to play, and i fired up a plane i once bought but never used and tought i would never be intrested in, the f-86 sabre. Joined the korean server, after the first intense dogfight with a mig15 I was mindblown, what a rush, most intense moments i ever had in a flightsim, made me forget about the old ugly terrain and all other things that had bothered me about DCS. Im now back to being a fanboy, buy everthing they sell, the sabre sucked me back into this sim again and im hooked.

I even started enjoying normandy ww2 and bought the spitfire, just hope they can solve the problem with MSAA and deffered shading.

Now i kinda regret that I got myself banned from the ED forum.(wasnt their fault, I was asking for it😜)

Long live ED and may DCS grow and prosper for many years to come, hallelujah😎

Sure were - it all felt a lot simpler and to me the community felt... well a lot like a community before it fragmented, before the dark times... before... (I'm sure we've all got our own "before")

Obviously the F14 and the "combat" part of DCS is way too complicated.

DCS Kickstarter
Wags July 2014 "In this July 2014 update, the primary news is in regards to the restructured backer rewards. After a careful review of the older system under RRG, we found it financially unattainable."
Wags October 2017 "the investment vs. generated revenue has been excellent for the World War II aircraft. In fact, the P-51D Mustang has twice the cost effectiveness of the A-10C Warthog."

There's some interesting comments on that one biggrin

Me? I don't get it. What use is it in a combat sim? If I want to fly GA I can load up X-Plane,FSW etc etc and have the pick of where in the world I want to fly.

I'm just wondering if it's a joke with a side project they did. Time will tell.

From their FAQ, apparently, it's a testbed for the WWII props, so I understand its creation (and, as a bonus, they'll make a few bucks out of it anyway), but boy oh boy, is this the biggest mix of trolling and boner killing in DCS universe or what biggrin? The relevant thread on blue forum turned into a torch&pitchfork zone. L.A. riots of '92 pale by comparison biggrin.

I'm guessing this won't come with any sort of campaign. What could you possibly make?
